Housing branch takes care of all registration and management of all types of Cooperative Housing Societies in the State. Housing Societies are majorly of 2 types:

• Tenant Co-Partnership and
• Tenant Co-Ownership

The structure of this branch is till the Taluka Level.

• Tenant Co-Partnership : Land and Building is owned by the Society
• Tenant Co-Ownership : Land is owned by the Society, Building by any individual/group
